Heather Demko, LICSW

Heather brings over 15 years of experience as a social worker in hospital and school settings, where she has supported individuals through life’s toughest transitions and everyday challenges. She understands that life can feel chaotic and overwhelming—especially when navigating anxiety, ADHD, or life on the autism spectrum—and aims to offer a calm, compassionate space where clients feel seen, supported, and understood.

Heather works with teens and adults to help them build self-awareness, confidence, and practical tools for managing daily life. Her therapeutic style is laid-back, collaborative, and centered on what works best for each individual. She meets clients where they are and helps them develop healthier ways of thinking, feeling, and relating.

Heather provides virtual therapy throughout Minnesota, offering accessible care from the comfort of home. She welcomes new clients to connect and explore whether working together feels like a good fit.
