Resources
Clear Mind Counseling offers outpatient therapy designed to support emotional health and relational growth. We do not provide crisis services, medication management, or higher levels of care. To ensure you can access the support you need, we have compiled a list of reputable organizations and services that operate outside our practice. If you have questions about which option may be appropriate, we encourage you to reach out.
If you are experiencing an emergency, call 911 immediately or go to your nearest emergency room. You may also call or text 988 to reach the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline for immediate support.
