Page Graham, LICSW

Page believes that having a space to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences without judgment is invaluable. She views therapy as a unique opportunity to unload what’s on your mind, gain an unbiased perspective, and identify what needs attention, what can wait, and what no longer serves you. Page recognizes that we don’t navigate life alone—connection and collaboration help us see things more clearly, and therapy plays an important role in that process.

She emphasizes that feeling safe and connected is key to meaningful progress. The relationship between therapist and client is the strongest predictor of success, whether it’s grounded in shared experiences, trust, or simply a natural sense of ease. In her work, Page helps clients build self-awareness, strengthen boundaries, improve interpersonal skills, and receive honest, compassionate feedback. She believes that therapy should be a space for growth and empowerment—one where clients take the lead in shaping their journey, with her guidance and support along the way.
