Rachel Weber, LPCC

Rachel believes that building a safe, trusting space is at the heart of meaningful therapy. Through creativity, authenticity, kindness, and collaboration, she works to create an environment where clients can feel seen, valued, and supported.

Whether you’re exploring your identity, seeking more affirming relationships, struggling with communication, working through past experiences, or simply looking for someone to talk to, Rachel meets you where you are. Her approach is client-centered and non-judgmental, with each session tailored to your individual needs, goals, and comfort level.

As a registered Art Therapist, Rachel can incorporate art-making and creativity into the therapeutic process when it feels helpful. Art therapy is never a requirement. For some clients, creativity can make therapy feel more approachable; for others, it can provide another way to explore and express experiences that may be difficult to put into words.

Rachel also has experience with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), allowing her to integrate practical tools and strategies alongside creative and relational approaches. She is currently working toward a specialization in identity-affirming and LGBTQ+ affirming mental health care.

Rachel primarily works with adolescents and adults and welcomes clients looking for an integrative, collaborative approach to therapy.

Specialties: Art Therapy, LGBTQ+, Anxiety
