Drawing from EMDR, CBT, parts work, and strengths-based frameworks, she tailors therapy to each individual’s needs as they move through anxiety, trauma, and life transitions. Ruby is passionate about helping clients build self-compassion, shift patterns that no longer serve them, and move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and intention.
Heather Demko, LICSW
Heather is passionate about helping others grow through life’s challenges by providing a supportive space for self-reflection, healing, and personal growth. With over 15 years of experience in mental health clinics, hospitals, county and in-home services, and school social work, she brings a compassionate and practical approach to her work with teens and adults. Heather believes everyone can thrive when given the right tools to build healthy patterns of thought and emotion, and she strives to create a welcoming, nonjudgmental environment for all, including neurodivergent individuals.
Allie Devney, LMFT
Allie works with individual adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and relationship challenges. She brings warmth, curiosity, and a collaborative approach to therapy, helping clients better understand emotional and relational patterns so they can move toward more fulfilling and connected lives.
Page Graham, LICSW
Page believes therapy is a powerful space to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences without judgment. She helps clients gain clarity on what needs attention, what can wait, and what no longer serves them. Centering safety and connection, Page values the therapeutic relationship as a key part of growth and healing. Through honest, compassionate support, she helps clients strengthen boundaries, build self-awareness, and develop healthier patterns—empowering them to take an active role in shaping meaningful change.

Francy Jenko, LICSW
Francy creates a warm, welcoming space where clients can show up as their authentic selves without fear of judgment. Grounded in social work values, her approach recognizes how environment and lived experiences shape who we are. She believes each person is the expert in their own life and focuses on empowering clients to make choices that align with their values and goals. Francy tailors therapy to each individual’s needs, helping them break unhelpful patterns, navigate difficult emotions, and strengthen relationships with compassion and purpose. She is committed to providing inclusive, affirming care for LGBTQIA+ individuals and communities.
Katie Lanning, LICSW
Katie provides strengths-based therapy for adolescents through late adulthood, supporting individuals and families as they navigate life’s changes and challenges. She helps clients work through anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, grief, self-esteem concerns, and relationship issues with a compassionate and encouraging approach. Believing that healing happens through connection, Katie meets clients where they are and walks alongside them with care—helping each person tap into their own strengths to move toward greater clarity, balance, and well-being.
